When you think AAA, you think Roadside Assistance, but it is so much more. From Discounts and Rewards to Insurance, Banking, Travel and Attractions, this is not a small website. Did I mention that each state and territory has its own benefits?

AAA, The Auto Club Group consists of over 9.8 million members across eleven states and two U.S. territories, including Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands; most of Illinois and Minnesota; and a portion of Indiana.

I was the Sr. Content Writer for over five years. In this position, I did everything from creating hundreds of emails and banners for our CRM system, to creating and updating web copy, creating booking sites — Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean — creating static and animated banners for on- and off-site promotions, creating emergency text alerts, traditional print, DM, OOH and white papers, PR, and more. It wasn’t easy, but I sort of miss it.
